Business Terms
(1) Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Cathedral Landscape and Fencing all products
are supplied subject to the following conditions and to the exclusion of any terms
or conditions stipulated by the customer and or any representations, warranties
or communications not expressly incorporated herein.
(2) All invoice queries should be presented in writing to Cathedral Landscape and
Fencing at the address shown on the invoice within 7 days of invoice date.
(3) All goods remain the property of Cathedral Landscape and Fencing until any invoice
is settled in full.
(4) Cheques shall not be regarded as payment until irrevocably cleared by Cathedral
Landscape and Fencing bankers.
Any dishonoured cheque will render the customer liable to a £15 handling charge.
(5) Accounts not settled with 7 days of the invoice date will be liable to a 10%
surcharge.
(6) Products and services supplied by Cathedral Landscape and Fencing will be subject
to Value Added Tax, where applicable, at the prevailing rate.
(7) It is the customer’s responsibility to provide where necessary safe access for
vehicles and our employees. Cathedral Landscape and Fencing shall not be liable
in respect of any injury, loss or damage of any kind and how so ever arising whilst
on customer’s premises. The direct negligence by Cathedral Landscape and Fencing
is solely accepted.
(8) The insurable risk for any goods supplied shall pass to the customer immediately
the customer takes delivery.
(9) Whilst every effort is made to complete any works in the timescale requested
by the customer Cathedral Landscape and Fencing reserve the right to alter work
schedules according to operational needs that may arise from time to time.
(10) The acceptance of a written quotation implies the customer’s acceptance of
these conditions, which constitutes a legally binding contract with Cathedral Landscape
and Fencing.
